Macau Wynn Local SME Seminar

The Wynn Macau Local SME Seminar Series (now often referred to as the Macau SME Training Series) is a long-term incubation project organized by Wynn Macau Limited and frequently co-organized with institutions such as the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) and the University of Macau. This series of activities aims to assist local SMEs, Macau-made enterprises, and youth-run startups (collectively referred to as "the three types of enterprises") in enhancing their operational capabilities, meeting international procurement standards, and connecting them with business opportunities within the integrated resort by providing comprehensive business training and specialized seminars.

Digital Marketing and E-commerce: For example, the "Specialty Store" online marketing training held during the Macau International Trade and Investment Fair (MIF) guides SMEs in utilizing live streaming sales and new media to expand their customer base.

ESG and Sustainable Procurement: Sustainable procurement guidance courses such as "Exploring Opportunities in the Seafood Industry" invite environmental experts to share green procurement and sustainable seafood concepts, assisting businesses in their transformation.

Diversified Industry Themes: Collaborating with universities (such as with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Macau) to launch the "Traditional Chinese Medicine and Big Health Thematic Study Tour" helps promote the moderate diversification of Macau's manufacturing and economy.

Traditional Business Management: The seminars also cover core frameworks such as business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area, financial management for small businesses, quality management, information technology applications, human resources, and labor laws.

Equipment Optimization Program: Wynn Resorts offers a dedicated program to subsidize and assist selected local SMEs in optimizing their transportation, production, and other hardware equipment to enhance their ability to handle large orders.

Large-to-Small Exhibition Model: SMEs will be provided with free booths and live streaming resources within Wynn Resorts' large exhibition area for on-site sales.

Green Enterprise Recognition: Recognizing outstanding local supplier partners who have made improvements in sustainable development and green production capacity.
